Requirement Analysis
Requirements management deals with determination of customer requirements, establishing common understanding between the customer and the project team to ensure that project/service is executed effectively to meet customer requirements with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
Policy
The designated Manager and Lead shall ensure that the documented requirements are formally reviewed to establish clarity, consistency, correctness and feasibility of meeting the requirements. The designated Manager and Lead of project/service shall ensure that plans, work products and activities are prepared based on the documented requirements.
