Policy
The designated Manager and Lead shall ensure that maintenance and support activities are executed as per defined process. The designated Lead shall ensure that requirements (defects, enhancements, support) are determined and documented by using identified methods and tools.
The designated Manager and Lead shall ensure that the services and resources are available to support customer/clients from emergency failures of product(s) or service(s)
